Customer Accounts
A customer account is created for you when you place an order for a resource or resources through the My Music Resource website. To create a customer account, we require the following personal information:

Creator Accounts
When you register to become a creator with My Music Resource you will be required to provide additional contact information and details of your PayPal email address to receive royalty payments. To create a creator account, we require the following personal information:

- Phone number
- Creator Name
- PayPal e-mail
In addition, creators can choose to use a name other than their given name as a store name. A creator’s store name, profile image or logo and any additional information they choose to provide about themselves in their store will be publicly viewable.
Purchase Information
When you make a purchase through our Website, payments will be processed directly by our chosen Payment Processor, PayPal. You will be asked to log in to your PayPal account to complete your order. When PayPal processes your payment, they will send us a confirmation email with the transaction details so that we can record your order and provide access to the resource (s) that you have purchased. We do not collect information about, or have access to, the specific payment or funding sources or any other financial account details associated with your PayPal account.
2. Information that we collect automatically.
We automatically gather certain limited information about your visits to our site. This includes your IP address, device information, browser and browser country location. 3. Personal information that we share with Third Parties.
a) With visitors when you open a My Music Resource store
If you choose to become a Creator and sell or share for free your resources on My Music Resource, you will be required to have a store page and profile where you can choose to add additional information about yourself. Information added to your store profile is information that visitors can see and includes:
- Your store name.
- Your store profile image or logo.
- Any additional information about yourself, your business and your teaching experience.
Other than as provided for in this Policy, as a Creator we will not share or disclose Personal Information such as the email address associated with your account, your street address or phone number or your earnings and pay-out information such as your PayPal email address unless we get your permission. If you also choose to shop as a Customer with us, the terms in section 3b apply.
b) With Creators when you place an order
When you place an order with My Music Resource, your full name, country and email address will be visible to the Creator whose materials you have downloaded in their Store under order details. An email confirmation of your order will also be sent to the Creator giving your full name.
c) With Creators when you post a review
When you post a review on our site which is approved by My Music Resource, an email will be sent to the Creator of the resource that you have reviewed giving your full name.
d) With the Public when you connect, share or communicate with them
There may be features of our service which allow you to:
- Post content, such as when you upload resources to the Website or when you post comments in the form of a review about a resource that you have downloaded.
- Connect, communicate and share information about yourself with other members.
- Join and post messages in forums, groups and communities.

We will no longer send you marketing or other communications about your account or our services.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to:
- Make any changes to ensure that any personal information we hold is accurate and up-to-date.
- Erase or stop processing any personal information that we hold about you where there is no longer a legal ground for us to hold it
- Transfer any information we hold about you to a specified third party.
