If you have tried logging in using your user name and password on the Account Login page, but are still having trouble accessing your account, please check the following:
- If you have more than one email address then a different email address may be associated with your account. Try logging in with another of your email addresses.
- Check that you are using the correct upper and lower case characters for your password.
- Check that characters are not defaulting to upper case, for example if Caps Lock is turned on.
- If you are trying to log in from a school or business, check with your IT support that access to the site is not being blocked by a firewall. If this is the case, try logging onto My Music Resource from a different computer outside of the school in which you teach.
