Bright and fun Key Signatures double-sided flashcards that have been proven to improve student’s recognition of musical symbols and terms and help in their learning of musical instruments.
These can be played at home by the student on their own, or with a parent/sibling to join in the learning fun. My students have loved playing with these in our piano lessons and I have seen first-hand the improvement these cards bring with the students’ sight reading and understanding of musical symbols and terms.
Included in the download are the following items:
- 48 double-sided cards (96 individual pictures),
- 1 progress summary table to log progress and highlight areas to work on further,
- An activity sheet, suggesting multiple ways to play with these flashcards.
There are 2 separate sets within this pack of Key Signatures double-sided flashcards. The first is to recognise the number of sharps/flats in each key (7 sharps and 7 flats), and the second is to recognise the relative major/minor of each key.
There are additional flashcards available which focus on other musical theory elements. Why not collect the full set?
