How to Use:
Cut out all the game cards. Shuffle and place face down. One player will be the steps game board and the other will be skips. On your turn pick a card and say whether it is a skip or a step. If it matches your game board cover a green or red cookie chip. If your card has instructions follow what it says and then continue playing. First to cover all the cookie chips on the gameboard that is currently in front of them at the end wins!
