This workbook provides teaching activities based on the song Scarborough Fair. It looks at the song’s history, plus it also explores its rhythm and encourages the student to work out the rhythm by ear.

The workbook also explores the Dorian mode and its harmony. It has improvisational and compositional activities to reinforce learning.

This workbook contains nine pages. Each page explains a different concept, followed by an activity or two. Every activity can be used as a stand-alone activity, or you can work through the book with your student.
